I see someone who is really tired and needs to get some rest. I see a person that has seen a little to much of Mr. Sunshine and needs to take a time out and comb her messy hair. The laugh lines prove that I have had quite a bit of happiness in my life time but those mean old frown lines are in tough competition. What do you see??
When I was little I use to stare in the mirror for as long as I could just looking into my own eyes. Trying to capture now. It always fascinated me how after you finished saying the word now it turned into then. I could never catch the present moment. That was a huge thing to learn at such a young age. How to value time and realize that every moment goes by so fast. I remind myself of this by surrounding my self with lots of mirrors. Be in the moment, listen, share, love!!!!

beautiful post...Rose

I like your mirror process. I think we all have mirrors - mine is in my head, and is a bit like a TV screen of how I see my life being. I see the picture, then I go make it a reality.

What a lovely, thoughtful post, Amy. You are as daring in sharing your thoughts as you are in creating your jewelry...

hi pippi
wow..I think we WERE separated at birth! I used to do the same thing when I was little and haven't thought about it for a while until looking (!) at this post. I always felt I could see the world in my eyes.

by the way, I adore that photo of you and your great gram. It is such a blessing and quite magical to have had such angels in one's life.
